🚀 PLANT MANAGER – TRAWNIKI (POLAND)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
👥 Lead People & Culture
- Develop and coach a team of ~500 employees + temporary workers
- Build a culture of accountability and engagement
- Foster strong employee relations and cross-functional collaboration
⚙️ Deliver Operational Excellence
- Ensure Safety, Quality, Service and Productivity targets
- Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Improve efficiency, customer service and competitiveness
📈 Drive Business Performance
- Own plant financial performance and CAPEX delivery
- Improve productivity and cost competitiveness
- Contribute to strategic planning and investment decisions
🚀 Lead Change & Innovation
- Drive digital transformation
- Support automation and modernization projects
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement
🏭 Organization Scope
The plant manager reports to the BU Head and is part of the core BU team.

✅ Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in manufacturing operations
- Proven experience leading a plant or large production facility
- Strong technical background and people management experience (incl blue collars)
- Experience of cooperating or supervising supply chain, quality and HSE.
- Experience in FMCG & international environment
- English fluent
